Check your emails

Your confirmation contains, depending on the experience booked: the link or QR code for your mission, the meeting point and its location, the time slot, and practical instructions. Keep itsafe; it is your official confirmation.

Can't see it? Check your spam folder and, in Gmail, the "Promotions" tab. The quickest way is to search for "Promotions Les Mystères de Marrakech " in your email's search bar. Still nothing? Here's how to find it.

Prepare your team

  • Closed and comfortable shoes are recommended — the alleyways are cobbled and uneven;
  • Water, and a hat from April to October;
  • A charged smartphone, and an external battery if you have one;
  • Respectful attire — you will be passing through inhabited areas and by places of worship;
  • A little attention, a lot of curiosity, and the desire to play.

For treasure hunts, open the application once before leaving, with a good connection : it downloads the stages, the riddles and the map, and then works without a network.

Be in the right place at the right time

Treasure hunts: no set schedule. You start your hunt whenever you want, and you progress at your own pace.

Escape games: Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. This allows time for us to welcome you, provide you with the equipment, and set the scene.

If you are going to be late, please let us know immediately via WhatsApp. The delay will be deducted from your mission time, and if you are more than 20 minutes , the session may be canceled without a refund. However, as long as we hear from you, we will do our best.
Self-guided treasure hunts
  • Les Secrets de Mouassine — departure from the Dar El Bacha.
  • Le Secret de Lalla Dounia — departure from the main post office in Jemaa el-Fna.
  • The application downloads upon launch and then works offline.
  • Free pace, without a set schedule.
  • Our WhatsApp support remains available throughout the entire process.
Supervised escape games
  • Code Arsat — meet at the main entrance of the Cyberparc Arsat Moulay Abdeslam.
  • Dans les pas de Mohamed and On the road to Red Gold — pick-up in an air-conditioned vehicle, driven by a driver from our partner transport company, with your Game Master on board.
  • Timed sessions: please respect the time indicated on your confirmation.

And after your mission?

The adventure doesn't end with the last clue. You will receive the following by email:

  • The discovery booklet — all the historical and cultural facts encountered along the way, developed and documented, so you can calmly review what you saw while playing;
  • Your result — points, time, and your place in the course ranking ;
  • Your photos, if you took any during the mission.
