The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., whose registered office is located at 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus — www.hostinger.com.
The data recorded by the gaming applications (see Article 12) is hosted separately on an infrastructure located in Ireland, within the European Union.
04 Corporate purpose & nature of services
According to Article 2 of its statutes, Les Mystères de Marrakech SARLAU its purpose is:
- The design and facilitation of leisure activities, escape games, treasure hunts and educational games, carried out in a fixed or itinerant manner;
- The implementation of animation strategies, the creation of entertainment concepts and event scenography;
- Promoting local culture and territories through recreational activities, playful materials and themed events.
As such, the website lesmysteresdemarrakech.com presents and sells self-guided treasure hunts, scripted and timed escape games led by a Game Master, as well as themed educational and recreational trails, in Marrakech and its region.
Legal nature of the services
Les Mystères de Marrakech SARLAU website operates a gaming and entertainment business. It is not a travel agency as defined by French law no. 11-16 and does not sell travel, stays, or accommodation services. The services offered on the website are recreational and cultural activities.
Travel by vehicle
When a route involves travel by vehicle, this is operated by approved tourist transport companies, independent partners, holding their own authorizations, licenses and insurance, and operating under their own responsibility.
Les Mystères de Marrakech SARLAU It does not operate any vehicles and does not itself transport any people. Its involvement is limited to the design and facilitation of the game taking place during the course.
05 Intellectual Property & Rights Reserved
All content on the website lesmysteresdemarrakech.com is protected by national and international laws relating to intellectual property and copyright. Specifically, the following are protected:
- All the scenarios, stories, puzzles, game mechanics and educational materials;
- Graphic charters, photographs, videos, illustrations, logos and trademarks;
- The technical structure, ergonomics and source code of the website and game applications.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written consent of [Company Name] Les Mystères de Marrakech SARLAU is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by law.
06 Personal data

What data, and for what purpose?
- Identity and contact details (name, email, WhatsApp number): conclusion and execution of the contract, booking confirmation, contact before and during the mission;
- Booking details (route, time slot, number of participants): logistical organization and invoicing;
- Team name, score, time and number of participants : establishment of the public ranking (article 12);
- Email entered in the game application : sending of the discovery booklet, the result of the mission and, where applicable, photographs;
- Photographs taken during the mission : private transmission to participants, and publication only with their express agreement.
What we do not do
The data collected is neither sold, nor rented, nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is only communicated to service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the service — hosting, payment, sending messages — and solely for the purposes stated above.
How long
Booking data is retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax obligations. Photographs are deleted shortly after transmission. Classification data is retained as long as the classification remains published and can be removed at any time upon request.
Your rights
In accordance with Law No. 09-08 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to the processing of your personal data. This processing has been declared to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) under number [CNDP NUMBER].

The website uses strictly technical cookies, essential for its operation: remembering shopping cart contents, maintaining the session, and preserving the chosen language and currency. These cookies do not require consent and are not used for any profiling.
This website does not use any advertising cookies and does not sell any browsing data. Any audience measurement or third-party tracking that may be installed will be subject to your prior consent, obtained via a dedicated banner and revocable at any time.
You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies that have already been stored. Blocking technical cookies may prevent online booking from working.
08 Online payment security
Payments made on the platform are executed via approved payment service providers, compliant with international banking security standards, over encrypted connections.
Les Mystères de Marrakech SARLAU We do not collect, store, or have access to any banking data. The card number is entered directly with the payment provider and never passes through our servers.
Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams for reference; the contract and debit currency is the euro. Full terms and conditions are set out in Articles 5 and 6 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
09 Limitation of liability
Les Mystères de Marrakech SARLAU implements the necessary measures to ensure the availability and accuracy of published content. However, it cannot be held liable for temporary technical malfunctions of the internet network or for indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.
The liability conditions applicable to the conduct of the experiments themselves are detailed in Article 14 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
10 External hyperlinks
The site provides links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, payment modules, and mapping services. The company disclaims all responsibility for the content, functionality, or privacy policies of these third-party providers.
11 Website translation
The site is available in six languages. Versions other than French are prepared with the greatest care, but only the French version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy in interpretation, particularly with regard to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and these legal notices.
12 Gaming apps & public rankings
The treasure hunts are accompanied by a game application accessible via a mobile browser. This application records the team name chosen by the participants, the number of players, the score obtained, and the time taken.
These elements feed into the site's public ranking . No personally identifiable information is included : no surnames, email addresses, or photographs. The team name is freely chosen by the players themselves; it is up to them to ensure that no personal information is included.
Any team can request the removal of its entry from the rankings by contacting contact@lesmysteresdemarrakech.com. Removal is carried out without conditions or justification.
Photographs taken during missions are never published without the express consent of the individuals depicted, obtained via a checkbox that is unchecked by default. When minors are included, this consent is given by the accompanying adult.
13 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These legal notices are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance, the parties agree to first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Marrakech.
This clause applies without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions to which consumers may be entitled under the law of their country of residence.
