Your reservation can no longer be cancelled online
Your cancellation request could not be validated because the deadline stipulated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale has passed.
Timed escape games: Cancellation with a refund is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. After this time, the booking is no longer refundable.
Treasure Hunts Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, as long as the mission link or QR code has not been activated.
Your reservation remains valid. It is not cancelled: you can still come and enjoy your experience on the scheduled date.
